Our vehicles are rented through a straightforward, manually reviewed process.

We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability, insurance requirements and any documents needed.
Once approved, you will sign the rental agreement and pay the first month and refundable deposit before collection.
Rental requirements
Applications are assessed individually. The final requirements will depend on the vehicle, intended use and applicable insurance arrangement.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or reserve a vehicle.
Important information
A refundable security deposit is required for every vehicle. The exact amount is displayed with the vehicle and confirmed before the rental agreement is signed.
The insurance arrangement and applicable excess are separate from the security deposit. These will depend on the vehicle, driver and intended use and will be confirmed before you sign.
The security deposit may be retained after the rental ends while outstanding fines, tolls, tickets, damage or other charges are checked and resolved.

No. A vehicle is only confirmed after the application has been approved, the rental agreement has been completed and the required payment has been received.
You will need to pay the first month's rental and the refundable security deposit shown for the vehicle.
Yes. Self-drive hire cover is provided under our fleet insurance policy, subject to driver eligibility and insurer approval. The applicable excess is confirmed before you sign. You can separately buy optional excess reimbursement cover from an independent provider if you want to, but that is your own arrangement and is not part of the rental.
No. Our vehicles are not available for private hire, taxi or any other hire or reward use. Our insurance does not cover it, and using a vehicle that way would leave you uninsured as well as in breach of the rental agreement.
The monthly mileage allowance is displayed with each vehicle. Any additional mileage terms will be confirmed in the rental agreement.
Extensions may be possible subject to availability, payment history, vehicle requirements and approval. Contact us before the current rental period ends.
Suitable applicants may be asked to provide their driving licence, DVLA share code, proof of identity and proof of address before the rental agreement is completed.
The deposit is reviewed after the vehicle has been returned and outstanding charges have been checked. The applicable process and timeframe will be stated in the rental agreement.
Only drivers who have been declared, approved and included in the applicable rental and insurance arrangements may drive the vehicle.
