What these terms do and do not cover
These terms cover your use of this website only.
They do not set out who is responsible for damage to a vehicle, when a deposit may be used, or what any insurance arrangement covers. Those are dealt with in the rental documents you would sign, and nothing on this website overrides them.
Applications and enquiries
- Vehicle availability shown on this website may change at any time.
- Submitting an application does not reserve a vehicle.
- An application is not an acceptance, an offer we have agreed, or a rental agreement.
- No rental begins until the relevant agreement has been signed, the required funds have cleared and the insurance arrangement has been approved.
- Information on this website does not override the signed Rental Schedule or Vehicle Rental Agreement.
Accuracy of vehicle information
We take care to keep vehicle details, prices, deposits and mileage allowances accurate, and availability is maintained by hand. Even so, details can be out of date or contain errors, and the terms confirmed to you in writing before you sign take precedence over anything shown here.
Acceptable use
You may use this website for your own lawful purposes. You must not:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form
- Submit an application on someone else's behalf without their knowledge
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or any system behind it
- Interfere with the operation of the website, or attempt to overload it
- Copy, scrape or reuse the website's content or photography without permission
Intellectual property
The content, layout and photography on this website belong to us or to our licensors. Vehicle manufacturer names and models are used to describe the vehicles offered, and those marks remain the property of their respective owners.

This website links to WhatsApp so you can contact us. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any external service, and their terms apply when you use them.
Website availability
We do not promise the website will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may need to do so without notice for maintenance or security.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow it. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms.
